We ship fast, so contact us right away at support@flawlessgreenbeauty.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t been processed for shipment yet, we’ll update or cancel it for you.

Yes. The Hair Revival Duo pairs Density Serum with Root Renewal for $85, about 15% less than buying each serum separately, and it ships free.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Shipping is free on orders over $60. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

We email a tracking number when your order ships. You can also check anytime on the Track order page or in your account. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your label is created.

Check with neighbors and your mailroom and give it one business day, since carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll help.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept opened personal care products. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy.

Yes. That’s the idea behind The Hair Revival Duo. We suggest Density Serum in the morning on thinning-looking areas and edges, and Root Renewal in the evening along your part lines.

Consistency matters most. Use your serums daily for at least a few months for fuller-looking hair and a healthier-feeling scalp. Individual results vary.

Density Serum is a lightweight blend of peptides and botanical extracts. Root Renewal is a scalp serum with rosemary, ginger and vitamins. You can read every ingredient on each product page and on The Science page.
