Signing up
You join the Flawless Green Beauty newsletter only when you choose to, by entering your email in our sign-up form. We do not add you to marketing emails just because you placed an order or created an account, and we never buy email lists.
What we send
- Newsletter and offers: hair and scalp care tips, product news, restock notes and occasional promotions. We aim to send a few emails a month at most.
- Welcome email: a note confirming your sign-up.
Order and account emails
Order confirmations, shipping updates, sign-in codes, return updates and replies to your support messages are transactional emails. We send them whether or not you subscribe to the newsletter, because they relate to your orders and account. They do not contain marketing.
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing support@flawlessgreenbeauty.com. We process unsubscribe requests promptly, and always within 10 business days. Unsubscribing does not affect your account or any orders.
Text messages
We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we add text messaging in the future, it will require your separate, express consent.
How we handle your email address
We use your email address only to send the messages you asked for and to understand, in aggregate, which emails are useful. We do not sell or rent your email address. Our email service providers process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Promotions and offers
Offers sent by email are subject to the terms stated in each email, including expiration dates and eligible products, and to our Terms of Service.
